Printing a Range of Pages

This tip applies to Excel 97, 2000, 2002, and 2003

Excel gives you complete control over how it prints your worksheets. If desired, you can print a specific range of worksheet pages. To print a range of pages, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Print from the File menu. Excel displays the Print dialog box. (See Figure 1.)

  2. In the Print Range area, click the Pages radio button.
  3. Using the From and To controls, indicate the starting and ending page numbers you want.
  4. Click on OK.
