Duplicating Drawing Objects
Summary: Using the copy and paste techniques you already know, you can copy and paste drawing objects. In this way, you can duplicate the drawing objects as many times as you need. (This tip works with Microsoft Excel 97, Excel 2000, Excel 2002, Excel 2003, and Excel 2007.)The objects you create using the Drawing toolbar are made up of two types of objects--text and graphics. Many times you will have a need to duplicate an object in your drawing. You do this by using the Clipboard. All you need to do is select the object (or objects) you wish to duplicate and then copy them to the Clipboard. This is easily done with the Copy command from the Edit menu, or by pressing Ctrl+C. Paste the objects back into your drawing and then move them to the desired position.
